imo melee weapons make the game more exhilarating, i just play with melee too. gives it a vr feeling
Melee is an incredibly fun way to play I have to agree with you
it is wild to me that you can accidentally use a regular fire keeper soul because her soul in your inventory is visually the same item variant as the other fire keeper souls... so if you try enhancing your Estus at one location, say with the Chaos Daughter or the lady at Anor Londo, you can accidentally use HER SOUL. thanks, FromSoft.
Yea it is mental, especially considering it's not even worth using, isn't it only like 2000 souls it gives you or something lol

Yea I could do it with that for sure, it'd be fun I reckon with the bleed proc for that weapon lol Edit: turns out the Cleric's starting mace has no bleed

Kind of an unfair comparison as you're a fully upgraded mega shark. You can get a few bites on people when you take out the body upgrades. If you attack slowly, you can actually let your mutilated victims go, and they will try to swim back to shore. I admit, they aren't very realistic and they sometimes walk when they are missing a leg, but its a feature that's still there. The quick death thing is when they're at very low health underwater: Its obvious they went into shock or died of blood loss from the fact they got bitten by a 9m long bull shark. Seems like you're a bit biased and so you frame Maneater as poorly as possible. I admit that Jaws was far more brutal, though. Ideally, a combination of Jaws' shark attack brutality and Maneater's graphics, evolution system and satire would make for a perfect shark game.

OK I'm not crazy that this game was insanely long and difficult right?! Especially as a kid (also this was my first ever M rated game). It was so great and fun regardless! I ended up having to use cheat codes just to see some of the later levels 😅 DID NOT EXPECT A GIANT SQUID BOSS IN AN UNDERWATER FACILITY NOR A BATTLE AGAINST A COAST GUARD COMBAT VESSEL!! LOL cool to see someone make a retrospective review on this awesome game!

I like this game, but I seriously doubt it will ever be remastered/remade since Maneater exists on pretty much all platforms and is arguably the better version of Jaws Unleashed
Yea I reckon it'll never be remade, but gameplay-wise playing as the shark I reckon this had better features, like if you maim a human in this and leave them to tread water other sharks will come and attack them
Hard disagree, Jaws has so many details and mechanics etc. that Maneater is sorely lacking; is ME the prettier game? Sure, but it doesn't feel like it had the same amount of love put into it that Jaws did it felt a lot more empty in comparison imo.

Only if the gun supports it, if you try it with a gun specifically made for GG it has a chance of getting damaged with CO2

The reason why it doesn’t work on some people is bc you gotta add your 2nd controller as a guest in order to work
2nd controller has to be signed in to an account
There is a better method as soon as you get to the point with the lizards. how: Clear the floor with the lizards where they jump out if the walls. Go until you get to the elevator and clear all these mobs aswell. After collecting all the treasures just restart and repeat it as long as you want.
Yea that's not a better method, my method doesn't risk dying and can be done in minutes, your method requires fighting *lickers* not lizards, which if they impale you with their tongue you're done and have to restart with nothing.
